As part of this expanded collaboration, Carta will generate bespoke, tailored data sets from the Total Compensation platform for Sequoia clients that are looking for specific guidance around their compensation strategy. All data shared with Sequoia is anonymized and aggregated, with strict guidelines around sample size to ensure customer data is fully protected and remains confidential.
