Nicole Baer
Chief Marketing Officer

Nicole oversees marketing globally for all markets, products and businesses. She is responsible for the Carta brand; demand generation including integrated, digital and field marketing; product marketing; go-to-market innovation; policy; data storytelling; communications including media relations, social channels and internal comms, partner marketing, and content strategy, helping drive adoption of Carta’s ERP for private capital—a platform bringing efficiency, automation, and transparency to an industry long constrained by manual processes and disconnected systems.
Prior to joining Carta, Nicole held marketing and operational leadership roles at Logitech, Zendesk and Aon. She also founded two successful marketing advisory firms. Nicole serves on the board of Give One Dollar a Day, an organization that aims to ease the financial burden of families with critically ill children in the Bay Area.
Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BA with honors in English and American Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
