Unlike general accounting software, Carta Management Company Administration was purpose-built for private capital. It’s designed to handle the complexities you face, including intercompany balances, expense allocations across funds, management fees, and fund economics.

Can I use this solution without Carta's Bill Pay feature?

You can use your preferred bill pay tool, but features such as expense allocations and intercompany balance clearing require use of Carta's native Bill Pay.

What if I don't use Ramp for my corporate credit card?

Carta currently supports bank integrations with many major providers, with plans to expand credit card connections.
