Carta Carry, the VC mobile app, just launched two new features to make calling capital easier.
Investor breakdowns: Now, you can see contribution amounts for each investor before you submit or approve a capital call. See the contribution amounts on the ‘View Summary’ screen, then click ‘View’ next to Investor Breakdown to see the contribution amount for each investor in both dollars and percentages.
Due date modification: Before, you needed your Carta fund admin’s help to modify the due date of a cap call. Now, you have the power to change the due date in Carta Carry by tapping ‘Edit’ above the current due date in the edit screen. Simply change the due date, then review and approve.
