Admins with company editor or full access privileges and assigned investor relations contacts can now see a detailed and summary view of all your company’s investors. This lets you proactively keep track of investor access and information requests they’ve sent you.
Control access to cap table views
As part of their investment in your company, it’s standard practice for investors to require ownership structure information to assess the health of their investment. Instead of portfolio companies having to manually extract and send this information, we are making it easier to provide and manage cap table access to investors. Select from basic to advanced levels (most users select advanced access).
