Carta to become an official partner of the Warriors and Chase Center.

Carta and the Golden State Warriors have unveiled a three-year collaboration making Carta the official cap table and fund management platform of the Golden State Warriors and Chase Center. 

“Just as the Warriors have set a new standard for teamwork and championships, Carta has created the arena where ambition and innovation meet, where founders and investors connect, and where the future of the private capital economy is built,” said Nicole Baer, Chief Marketing Officer, Carta. “We’re honored to bring this partnership to life in the Bay Area—the epicenter of what’s next. The Golden State Warriors have made a significant impact on the game of basketball, establishing a historic dynasty with four NBA championships in the last decade, and have extended the Warriors brand and fanbase around the globe. Chase Center, home of the Warriors, is an award-winning 18,064-seat sports and entertainment arena in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood that hosts a variety of concerts, shows, sporting events, and special performances each year. 

Carta has transformed how founders and investors grow companies in the private capital market, managing equity for more than half of all U.S. startups, including 85% of all unicorns, and supporting more than 9,000 funds representing more than $185 billion in assets.

The partnership includes: 

  • Community programming: Carta and the Warriors will launch a community program focused on underrepresented communities in venture capital. 

  • Chase Center presence: Carta branding will appear at Warriors home games throughout the season as part of the electric home-game environment enjoyed by the team’s diverse fanbase. 

  • Official Golden State Warriors NBA Draft sponsorship: Carta branding will be showcased throughout the Warriors draft coverage on social media and beyond. 

  • Original storytelling: Social content and case studies will highlight various aspects of the partnership.  

Through joint initiatives, activations, and programming, the partnership aims to create new opportunities for connection and engagement within the private capital community—both at Chase Center and beyond.
