Spotlight is designed to serve as your daily launchpad, consolidating key fund administration activity across all of your entities in one place. Instead of checking each entity separately, you now get a customized view that shows only the information relevant to your account. Each item appears as a clickable tile—just select a tile to jump directly to the page you need and keep tasks moving.

Prioritization logic ensures the most important information appears first, and when there’s nothing relevant, the Spotlight section is hidden.

For every fund, money movement is a time-sensitive and detail-dependent task. Spotlight presents a shortlist of actionable items, so you can:

• See the status of active capital calls—including the amount contributed and which investors have paid in—so you can quickly tell whether you’re on track to fund an investment.

• Track the progress of distributions to ensure your LPs are seeing realized return on investments.

• Review capital calls initiated by your team.

• Approve pending distributions promptly to get LPs paid fast.
