The new GP Member Experience takes the live ledger data you are already generating—vesting schedules, capital commitments, and accrued carry—and surfaces it directly to your partners.

Partners can now log in to a dedicated portal to view their carried interest and track vesting tranches in real time. Because the system integrates directly with your fund administration and GP carry ledgers, the "unrealized gain" a partner sees on their screen matches the journal entries in your books exactly. This eliminates the risk of discrepancy between what finance reports and what partners perceive.
