Today, we launch the Carta Plugins for Claude. Two months ago, we rolled out Claude Code and Claude Cowork for our entire company of 2,000 employees. We witnessed a Cambrian explosion of ideas as a result. And now the way we work at Carta has permanently changed. We know we’re not alone in this journey, as our customers are experiencing the same seismic shifts . The Carta Plugins are our answer to this revolution.
We're launching two plugins that bring Carta's most powerful data directly into our customers’ AI workflow, so they can ask questions, run scenarios, and surface insights without switching context. These plugins sit on top of existing systems of record in Carta today:the general ledger, entity structures, and bank data, as well as cap table information.
For users of our Cap Table Management products, including Investors, you can use our plugins to query, scenario model, and get responses on:
Issuance and ownership data by share class, voting rights, and liquidation seniority
409A and valuation history
Stakeholder information
Pro-forma financing round modeling
Waterfall and exit scenario analysis
For users of our Carta Fund Admin products, work directly with key fund data, including:
Investment data
Fund performance metrics
Fund accounting data
Partner information
Company-level tear sheets
Company financials and KPIs
Both plugins are live starting today, with a small group of customers. We'll be expanding capabilities—and the teams these plugins serve—rapidly through Q2.
