Within Carta Law, the title "Legal Director" is used to denote a senior lawyer.  This is a professional title only and does not indicate that the individual is a director of the company or holds any directorship governance role under company law.  Legal Directors are experienced lawyers who may supervise legal work and client relationships but they report to Managing Directors or other senior leaders with overall responsibility for the service line.
